Our work is uniquely grounded in reaching young women from underserved and marginalized coastal communities. As a women-led organization based in Mombasa, we partner directly with local schools, community leaders, and grassroots networks to bridge the digital divide for young women who are otherwise entirely excluded from the technology ecosystem and have no or limited access to digital devices.

We go beyond teaching digital skills. Our integrated model combines technical training, mentorship, employability skills, industry exposure, internships, build successful freelance careers, entrepreneurship support, and leadership development equipping young women to secure meaningful employment, create businesses, and thrive in the digital economy.

Our impact doesn't end at graduation.Our alumni become mentors, innovators, community leaders who inspire others, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who create opportunities for other girls and young women, strengthen local technology ecosystems, and create lasting social and economic impact within their communities.
